Team Setup

CropsCode supports multiple tenants, organizations, and team members. This guide covers inviting members and managing access.

Concepts

• Organization — your company or team umbrella
• Tenant — a workspace within an organization (e.g. per-project or per-team)
• Member — a user with access to one or more tenants
• Seat — a billable slot for a member

Inviting Members

From the Admin Portal:

1. Navigate to Users → Members
2. Click Invite
3. Enter the email address
4. Assign a role (Admin or Member)
5. Select which tenants they can access

The invitee receives an email and joins on their next sign-in.

Admin Portal

Team management happens in the Admin Portal at admin.cropscode.io:

• Manage members and invitations
• Configure tenants
• View usage and billing
• Set notification preferences
